Auspost update - regarding parcel collection from our premises

The following information has been made known to us on the MypostBusiness portal.

As always, we book same day pickups, and if the pickup fails, we call Auspost the next morning, to ensure it will be collected that day.

Our last same day booking was 28/11/2022. They have still not collected these parcels. We have been calling every day, stressing how important it is to collect these items. We are still waiting.

As some of you may or may not know, I have a physical disability, so taking parcels to a post office daily is impossible. 

Pickup services may be delayed or rescheduled to the next possible day, due to high traffic in parcel loads. Please book any pickups as early as possible in the day to avoid experiencing delays in the lead up to Christmas. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Currently, Sendle (Couriers Please or Fastway/Aramex) are picking up parcels on a daily basis. If you are regional, and would prefer we send your parcel by Sendle, please leave a message in the notes section at checkout.

We will also be disabling Express Postage, as Australia Post cannot provide the service.
