BFCM - Order processing updates

Thankyou to you all who supported our BFCM sale!

We were blown away by the amount of orders placed in those 4 days.

We have processed ALL BFCM sales, and the only delays we have is for additional stock arriving, and with our shipping partners not collecting pickups. 

If you HAVE NOT received a shipping update from us, and have ordered BEFORE 30/11/2021, your order has been processed. This means your package has not been picked up by Auspost or scanned by Auspost yet.

Please be patient, they are very busy also, and have been bulk scanning once it gets sorted at the depots. It is on it's way to you

Please do not contact us if your enquiry is about any of the above. We had one staff member spend all day yesterday answering those enquiries, and as a result, was unable to pack and get orders out. It takes time away from packing and shipping your orders, and we are currently getting your orders out within 48 hours. We hope to be back within 24 hours after today.
