Just a quick update regarding Shipping delays.
Depending on where you live, there are still some major delays in both the Auspost and Sendle networks.
All Vic packages are going to Dandenong/Frankston for sorting, before then being directed to the distribution centres for delivery.
Obviously, NSW packages are having to cross the Vic-NSW border, and are held up there, plus whatever protocols they have in place in NSW for their sorting and distribution.
QLD packages are going through the Vic-NSW border as well as the NSW-Qld border, and do on for all other packages we are sending.
Please refer to the Auspost and Sendle websites to track your parcel and see any shipping and delay updates.
In regards to Auspost and Sendle picking up the packages, although they are booked to pickup parcels daily, they are still picking up approx 3-4 times per week.
If your parcel has a tracking number and looks like it is still awaiting pickup, it could be that the pickup was skipped by the driver because they ran out of time, or they have picked up the parcel and have not scanned it in. Sometimes they are doing this to save the drivers some time so they can pickup more packages.
Please rest assured they are all completed and packed from our end, and are either awaiting pickup, or on their way to you.
Please also take into account for any Express Post parcels, Auspost are NOT honoring their next day guarantee at the moment, and haven't since the beginning of the pandemic, but this is still normally the quickest way to get parcels to you other than our Local Pickup option.
