After having time to review the 'Circuit Breaker Actions Table of restrictions', we are announcing the following
- Due to our location and nature of YGMIS, we are able to continue trading.
- We are exempt as a Essential Provider under 2 of the listed sections
- We are also exempt and classed as Essential workers
As a result, we are reactivating 'Click and Collect' - Local Pickup, as well as Local Delivery.
We anticipate that these options will become fairly busy as a result, so please bear with us with the time it takes to prepare your order.
Our Local Pickup service will be ENTIRELY CONTACTLESS. We will prepare your order and send you the information on where to collect your order. Your order will be left on the porch, undercover, for you to collect.
Our Local Delivery Service will be reinstated, with a maximum range of 50km. We will be delivering once per day, after hours, and will leave your parcel either on your doorstep or in your letterbox, depending on the nature of your property. This will also be CONTACTLESS.
Please keep in mind we will be operating on a skeleton staff as it is, and we will be doing our absolute best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
We do anticipate there will be delays with our postage providers, so please continue to monitor any updates on their websites. This will be due to the increase in packages, as well as the border closures, which will add extra time to their handling time frames.
We are also anticipating that stock will take a little longer to arrive to us from our suppliers as a result also.
