Updates 17.05.2023

Hi everyone, 

I will get to your chat and FB messages later on today, apologies if they have been over 2 days since you sent them. I have attempted to keep up.

  • Over the last few weeks, I have been helping my best friend and her kids flee from a very violent domestic violence situation, and have been helping her get through all her court hearings, police interviews, packing up and fleeing to a safe place, and all the other things that go along with it.

    I suffer from chronic pain and chronic fatigue, so by the time I have been getting home, I have been crashing in bed in pain.

    She is now in a safe place, and although I will be back at work for longer than I have been over the last couple of weeks, we still have court hearings until next week. Until this part is finalized, my entire focus is solely on her and her kids, and making sure they get through the hardest part of their lives. 

  • I am sending out orders every morning before going to her. I am waiting on some supplier orders to arrive, so if your order is still sitting unfulfilled, I am waiting on something for your order, but will have it here by the end of the week.

  • We have made a decision regarding how we will operate in future, and that will involve having a smaller Oracal range, mainly because we don't have the room to stock everything. Alot of stock we currently offer will be available, but as a "special order" item. 

  • HTVront shipment (plus 20 other containers) have been held up with customs. I don't know when it will be released. Customs aren't forthcoming with that information. 

  • Changes to our refund policy - we are implementing a 30 day window to process and receive your refund if we approve your change of mind request. We utilise a number of payment providers, and each has a different timeframe for processing these refunds. Most are completed within 7 business days, but this just gives us more time for the refund to make it's way through the system. 

  • Emails - as mentioned a couple of times in the updates, our email servers aren't working properly, and I haven't had the time to dedicate to finding new servers and setting it all up again. 

    All emails you are currently receiving come through the Shopify email servers, and any responses we cannot receive.
